Little Bird Publishing is a UK based publishing company founded by Chinese translator Haiying Zhang in 2006. Little Bird Publishing specialises in publishing Chinese English bilingual books and eBooks. Little Bird Publishing products aims to help children from English speaking countries to know more about Chinese culture and to learn Mandarin Chinese; Chinese children to learn English; they are also suitable for adults and translation lovers who are interested in the the two languages and cultures.

About Haiying Zhang:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Haiying Zhang is a Chinese English bilingaul translator.  Haiying comes from northern China, Harbin. Haiying came to the UK in 2002 to study her master's degree in translation at Middlesex University, where she graduated in 2004. Haiying set up Little Bird Publishing in 2006 in the UK to translate Chinese books into English and vice versa. Haiying specialises in translating poetry, song lyrics and children's literature. Haiying also writes her own poems and children's stories in both English and Chinese.
